Every support contact in one place - Plan Manager, Support Coordinator, therapists, medical specialists and emergency contacts - so you're never searching for a number when you need it.
- Step 1: Tap '+ Add' under the right group for each contact.
- Step 2: Fill in a name, organisation, phone, email and any notes, then tap Done.
- Step 3: Tap Call, Text or Email on a contact to get in touch straight away. Tap Edit to change the details.
- Step 4: Print the whole directory to keep a copy, or share it with a new support worker.
