Seizure Observation Log

Record what happened during and after a seizure - type, duration, possible triggers, and what was done - to spot patterns over time and share accurate detail with a neurologist or GP.

  1. Log an entry as soon as possible after a seizure, while details are fresh.
  2. Tap a suggestion chip for seizure type and trigger, or type your own.
  3. Describe what happened during and the recovery afterwards.
  4. Tick off any actions taken, like first aid or rescue medication.
  5. Download the log as a CSV for clinical analysis, or print it to take to an appointment.

This tool is designed to help with everyday communication and support - it isn't medical or clinical advice and doesn't replace guidance from a qualified professional. Read the full disclaimer.
